I am Renni Prelle, a fully qualified Reflexologist, Maternity Reflexologist and Indian Head Masseuse. I am also fully qualified in providing Menopause Reflexology, Mindful Reflexology as well as Holistic Facial Massages.

Reflexology is a gentle and non-invasive therapy that helps to promote relaxation

For many years I used to work in a large IT company as a sales manager, but my main interest has always been Complementary Therapy. Over the years I have attended many seminars and workshops about Reflexology, Indian Head Massage and various other Complementary Therapies.

 

I stopped working to become a full time mum and then decided to specialise in Reflexology. I am a fully insured member of the Federation of Holistic Therapies (FHT), and I also regularly attend CPPD (Continuous Personal and Professional Development) training to make sure I am up to date with the latest research about Reflexology and Holistic Therapies in general.

 

In addition to offering Complementary Therapies, I have developed a big passion to anything Menopause related and have set up a support facebook group, I have read many Menopause books and am always happy to lend these to others and I now offer Menopause Wellbeing Days in York.

I am delighted to mention that I am now also a fully qualified Coach and do specialise in Wellness Coaching and Menopause Coaching (website and social media are currently in the making but please do contact me for more details).

I used to be a regular volunteer at The Sunflower Center at St Leonard's Hospice in York - a place I feel very passionate about and which helped me to further my understanding about patients in regards to life limiting illnesses. 

It is a great pleasure to provide treatments for you that are so beneficial to your health as well as to your well being.
